Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the supply of goods by RHF Turf Growers. By placing an order with us you agree to them. Please read carefully — if anything is unclear, contact us before ordering on 01257 275 130 or [email protected].

1. Delivery

• We aim to deliver on the date selected at checkout but cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, courier issues or circumstances outside our control.
• Where delivery is unattended, our driver will position the pallets as safely as possible. We accept no liability for theft, damage or deterioration once the pallets have been dropped.
• We are not responsible for damage to driveways, kerbs, grass verges or other property caused during delivery with large vehicles.
• You must notify us in advance of any access restrictions. If delivery proves impossible in our opinion, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Failed deliveries due to undisclosed access issues, incorrect addresses, or no safe place to leave the pallets are non-refundable.

2. Perishability & responsibility

Turf is a living, perishable product. It must be laid and watered on the day of delivery. From the moment of delivery or collection, responsibility for our products passes to you, and we are not liable for any loss, damage or deterioration after that point.

3. Returns & refunds

• Turf is perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Unused, non-perishable goods (e.g. sealed bags of fertiliser or seed) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return carriage is at your cost and items must be in their original condition.
• Quality complaints must be submitted in writing, with photos, within 24 hours of delivery and before any turf is laid. Claims raised after this window cannot be considered.

4. Natural variation

Our products are natural. Slight variation in colour, texture, blade length and soil content is normal and is not grounds for refund. Grass blends may contain minor quantities of non-desirable species, and seasonal pests such as leatherjackets may occasionally be present — these are not faults of the product.

5. Pricing & availability

Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, or inability to deliver to your address.
